Shipping Policy

1. Introduction:
At The Quiche Company, we prioritize the freshness and quality of our quiches. Our policy ensures they reach you in the best condition possible.
2. Collection Only:
All our quiches are available for in-store collection only.
3. Collection Time Frame:

• Orders of up to 20 quiches can be collected the following day.
• For orders exceeding 20 quiches, please allow a 48-hour window, depending on the volume of orders. We will notify you if your order is ready earlier.

4. Collection Address:

5. Collection Hours:
 Please collect your orders between 10 am - 6 pm, from Wednesday to Friday.
6. Future Collection Dates: 
If your order is for a future date, specify this in the collection notes when placing your order. We recommend selecting a collection date 24 hours before your special occasion.
7. Preparation:
 We carefully prepare each order specifically for you. Some orders may require longer preparation times. Refer to each product description for more details.
8. Product Care After Collection:

• Our quiches are ready to eat upon collection.
• Ensure they are refrigerated and consumed within 5 days.
• If freezing, do so by the date mark shown and consume within 3 months.
